Good to hear, yeah, that’s part of the process of a suspension, it’s so you are not charged while locked out.
UPDATE: My fiancé’s account suspension has been overturned.

Please stop, Minshone. If you wish to discuss legal rights and the EULA you may do so, wish your attorney, on their dime on their platform of choice.
This is for players who may have been recently suspended and how they can best to proceed if they feel an error may have been made.
As noted by several, they have already been overturned, and hopefully others are soon to follow. I don’t have any additional information at the moment.

I am no expert, but I would advise anyone that was recently unbanned this wave to disable or even uninstall the ConsolePort addon for now, as I highly suspect that this was the issue.

I can’t provide information on ConsolePort, I simply don’t know. However, if the action were due to a false positive then you wouldn’t have been hit for using it. You were hit because it looked like you were using something that did violate our policies. If that false positive were identified, then going forward it shouldn’t be confused with something that is actually against policy.

i was considering this addon to try it out… sure GLADD i didnt… an ya… blizz will say it must of been another reason… mean while you have a boat load or more of people saying other wise lol

So far it’s just people assuming that the addon is the reason for the ban. Nothing has been confirmed by Blizz at this point.

My ban was just overturned. But if I can’t use the add on for fear of another ban I have no reason to play anyways. I’m not a young man anymore and I have lots of problems in my left hand. Using a mouse is fine but I can’t game with a keyboard anymore. I can only play with controller support.

recent topic suggests using consoleport is the culprit and many are getting unbanned now.
Unless you have insider knowledge from Blizzard, one can’t for sure about anything. No two cases are 1:1.

I prefer not to jump to conclusions. I’ve seen many other posts (not just in the CS forum) stating that consoleport also recommended a third-party software that was “required”.
So while there may be a correlation, it’s still not confirmed.

I just got banned accused of botting. ia lso was using consoleport since i have RSI/CTS in my hands and am unable to use mouse and keyboard for long period of time. can i please get my account unbanned? this is insane… i got banned for using a controller like wtf. i submited an appeal.
