… My group? I’m not involved with specific people on this forum for the most part.
There’s a few theorycrafters I know or dealt with once upon a time. Most others, I mean, I recognize the names and will be friendly towards, but that’s as far as anything goes. Are you suggesting otherwise?

You jumping at me with the OP name of the other thread says you know what was going on there and clearly approved or you’d have said something about the fact that they were derailing and trolling (his thread).

I’m just using this thread as a beacon to block annoying people. Some day I will have a peaceful forum experience.

They actually can make a filter for stuff like that, they probably just don’t see it as being worth the invested time it would require to make it. Even the forum flag system/in-game player reporting system easily tricked. If I remember right, Blizzard had to even go back and revert some players suspended/banned statues because they were targeted.

In his defense we have had a LOT of times where one person is posting in the same thread talking to themselves like its more than one person, lol.
But theyve managed to take that and use it to insult anyone they disagree with as a catchall defense to whatever is being levied at them in the discussion…a deflection, as it were.

I went into this not too long ago. But announcing when and who you put on ignore is actually helpful, no matter how much the little ragers don’t like it and want to make fun of it. It helps people know who to ignore so they can have a better forum experience, straight up.
I mean i agree… but for different reasons XD

Except for the fact the person you are talking to doesn’t really ignore anyone. And even if they did, they swap alts so often that it’s meaningless since ignores don’t transfer between characters lol.

I know who Talonel is. And I saw the earlier thread today… It went as a train wreck as most of his usually do. I remember his past as well, as you suspect, though involved? No, I haven’t been yet. Personal threats mostly tend to be what I report, and there hasn’t been much of those lately.
The derailing… There are different ways a thread can go. Two sides bickering back and forth which is what the troll wants. LGBT flavored threads tend to go sideways very quickly and very badly. The ones you’re against, they went with… pizza ingredients.
Well, yeah, it’s a derailing. Probably a safer topic than Talonel’s original intent would have resulted in. Which evil to prosecute, etc, though I’m guessing you’re about to reply back with suggestions of how rigid rules, topics, etc should be.
