Alterac Valley of Olde achievement not giving mount

Koraks Revenge/AV of Olde Mount

Hi. On ONE character (this one) I did the Alterac Valley of Olde achievement, earning 200 badges inside koraks revenge, and then getting the achievement granted. However, I did NOT get the mount that’s supposed to come from this - Ram for Alliance, and Wolf for Horde. I opened up a ticket in game as well. Is anyone else having this issue?
