If you think them doing their job is mean you’ve obviously lived a very sheltered life. Not trying to be mean, but they’re paid to do exactly what they’re doing right now.

Plenty of people are in here violating the terms they agreed to and are paying the iron price.

I work in Customer Service, may I suggest auditing forum posts regarding Private Info of the (supposed) DDoS’r, instead of posts by frustrated paying customers. Many people would like a Primary sticky to an awknowledgement of the issue (as its not in Blizzard Tracker) and would be pleased with that. You are also quite brusque for a CS rep, take as you will, but I hope you grow for your sake and ours

Calling them what they are is all they deserve. Don’t start whining because she called it what it was, in what is basically a digital “gunfight”. While your busy pontificating, the other guy is drawing. Watch the Ballad of Buster Scruggs to see how that ends.

There’s nothing wrong with what they said, just your perceptions of it. Simply stated they’re aware and working to fix the issue. Grow up people. Nothing wrong with a stern solid response. It was honestly a nicer way of saying we will not release further information at this time. For good reason.

This made my eye twitch. :expressionless: DDoS attacks are NOT hacking. Even my grandma could run a DDoS program. It takes zero computer skills.
