I managed to get 5 stars on layer 9 on my destro warlock and my enhancement shaman. I don’t think I made good time, but I’ve gotten better at using the empowerment. I managed to do it without any bonuses whatsoever. I have yet to even get a bonus.
Yea, you can definitely take your time, but if you do you gotta make sure to hit up the bonuses. Either way the bonuses end up contributing quite a lot if you can get them.

I’m disappointed that our Torghast scores aren’t listed on the Armory.
Is it just me or is it kinda lame that 5 star is dependent on completion %? For example if yoy get one 99% on a layer and 100 on the rest you’re still gonna get a 4 star even with 0 deaths and all under par.
I keep missing like one small thing that I can’t even find or tell and it’s blocking me from 5 star

Any system that I have to mouse over every power I have to make sure I don’t accidentally pick a duplicate is stupid.
Any system that tells me to break every urn, but don’t use the phantasma I get inside is stupid.
Any system that tells me not to take the best powers available is stupid.
If they think it’s too easy, then buff the freaking mobs. If they don’t want us picking certain powers, then get rid of them.

5 stars is just 200+ score. You don’t have to get 100% completion.

Yea, he didn’t even get 100% completion, he got 99
He could have actually gotten 79% completion and still 5 starred, he was so far ahead.

This is not the most fun way for me to play, but I was out to prove a point to someone that said it couldn’t be done. 
I actually did this for the same exact reason. That pally in that other thread who kept saying it couldn’t be done. Sad I missed annihilator by like 3 seconds, went all out with with drums and empowered, but sadly didn’t get a ferocious potion.
There’s like 155 points in bonus objectives, so yea, that guy wasn’t thinking.
When I do the runs, I don’t get a rundown of my bonuses at the end. It shows very little information. That made me think I was not getting any bonuses. How do I see the bonuses?

So after the 30 minutes mark the “bonus” turns in to penalty or just stays at zero?
No, the only penalty in the new scoring is if you die (-20 each death).
I actually tried to get my time bonus to 0 points (it can’t go below that), but apparently the clock stops when you’re near a broker and your empowered bar turns gray. Unfortunately, that’s where I went AFK on floor 5 to make this a 1-hour run. Still worked as +5 points is near-meaningless out of 200 needed (but I really did try for zero time-score).

Hunter, Daredevil, and Executioner are all timer-related. That would have been a 4-star if you were undergeared or did not have burst potential.
