Yep. Chance and skill both affect a win-rate far more than balance, yet the whiners constantly emphasize small sample sizes (chance) and premier tournament winners (heavily skill skewed) while still blaming it on balance.
You can’t measure a variable that is 0-5% in size when there are multiple variables in your data that are literally 10x more impactful. It’s just common sense. Whiners have some kind of brain disease that prevents them from realizing that balance is measurable when it’s the only thing affecting a win-rate.
When you get a larger sample that is less skewed by skill, Protoss dominates (ex: Grandmaster win-rates favoring Protoss, Protoss winning the most small/medium sized tournaments, etc).
