For me top is basically top 1-50 Aligulac, 80 if we count solid and known players, from there the level decreases and you can see dedicated players that are good but not top quality.
Considering top taking ladder is pretty useless, too many smurfs, and NA server is a joke compared to KR or EU, but I guess at least top 10 of each server would be enough to get some credit and low bragging rights.
The video I saw was him playing pretty bad, hidra ling against T, and only 3 tumors on a long game. Other video was him attacking with hidra ling into a PF and a long line of tanks. Would be surprised if he had more than 5k-5,5k in some of these games.Maybe he was trolling and wanted some juicy footage for the forums, or maybe he was not that good.

It’s amazing how, in the thread about PPP’s double-think, the PPP are denying that skill has any effect at all on a player’s chance to win a game. It’s pure delusion and demonstrates a clear lack of cognitive dissonance.
Admitting a simple truth makes them very uncofortable. Sharing absurd conspiracy theories that are more detached from reality than flat-earth theories make them feel warm and fuzzy on the inside.
Double-think is specifically the suspension of cognitive dissonance to resolve contradictions in your thinking with the intent to indoctrinate yourself. That is quite obviously the case of the PPP, which frankly is acting more like a cult every day.
They’d been asking for proof that I was top GM for awhile. Then I create that thread and Playa still isn’t buying it. Then I post 3x videos of beating him with troll builds (he’s 5.8k mmr). I should change my profession on linkedin to “salt miner”.
Nobody would care if a top GM shared replays. Everyone loses their mind if he makes his forum account private and teases them in a way that makes them think it’s fake.

Terrans have calmed down their whining a bit since they’re super favoured in TvZ. Protoss already had the advantage against Zerg but their whining is hitting all time highs.

I know which part it is. Every other life form instinctively develops a balance with their surroundings. All, except a virus.
Which is what terran and terran players are to this game. Keep giving buffs, keep castrating the other 2 races. Terran should never lose a game. Every tournament should be a cancerous tvt final, else the game is broken.

*arguable since there is like maybe one protoss player who is even CLOSE to as skilled as Maru or Serral, while you can find more examples of Terrans and Zergs at the same level.
It would really tickle me if Maru or Serral switched to random or even Protoss and then continue to dominate, proving that it isn’t race that makes them so highly ranked. But if they did do that, the PPP would probably come up with some new creative excuses like “GSL doesn’t matter, stop cherry picking”.
