there is no dev team, the game is on life support mode, meaning unless something absolutely breaks it they dont get to it fast and things take time.
also the tech support is just auto messages, and when you post to the forums, there isnt tech support here either, just other players trying to help other players. Leviathin isnt tech support, but he does have the ability to pass along messages. thats about it.
No Dev Team? Really? Then who fixed the problem? Certainly not the Tech Support group! You really need to ‘do less’ in these forums, @Winterkn3-1646.
other people from other departments from what ive seen. are you telling me to do less in the forums? or that bliz does. and there is no tech support group, not sure where you think there is. again sc2 is on life support.
not sure what your problem is or why you cant understand the state of this game as is right now but what ever dude.
Update: Game is working
I also found out what happened. Seems that Blizzard are Capcom fans! They shut down the servers over the weekend, because they wanted everyone to go and play monster hunter wild open beta while it was open for all. (and yes Winterkn3, its is a confirmed source, before you go all up on your high horse)

Unfortunately, even of they do, it’s not CS that decides what is communicated or not. That decision lies solely with the developers (of other games due to SC2 not having any of their own). So, even if CS asks for info, if nothing is given, or permission to go public is not given, there’s nothing to pass on.

I updated my report to indicate that it’s affecting all regions to some extent.
I’m from Germany. I can’t connect to EU server, but can connect to KR and US
Still not working UK (havent played in a few months trust me to try again now )
where is this confirmed source you speak of, i find that hard to believe considering most of the people who have been playing for awhile were still able to log in. I think you full of cow manure on this one bud.
Can confirm I can log in today after three days of not being able to. Note I connect from Australia to US servers fine as of a moment ago.

I know recent replies have said this was resolved but I just downloaded the game, and I am having this issue from the get-go. Any word on if they shut down the servers again?
I can’t log into SC2 after at least a couple months of not playing. Have already tried reinstalling the game fully. Switched to Beta mode and back. Nothing works. I can log into EU but not US.
