Starcraft 2: Co-Op commanders were reset to level 5 -_-

Good morning, BLIZZARD 3 free commanders are capped at level 5 and need to buy it??

All three of my commanders are over 15 level for age, and NOW you need us (the players) to grind back?
seriesly ??
fix the game please

Its a bug, happened earlier this month already… should return to normal, but dont know when unfortunately
