Been having this issue since 2 days ago, Raynor Commander reset to level 2 along with Artanis that i had at level 15 before
my Raynor Commander reset to level 5 yesterday and I had it level 11
Same issue, extra time logging in, option to play in offline mode, Kerrigan and Artanis capped at lvl5.
Having the same issue with the first 3 commanders.
Yep same here. First 3 commanders all back to lvl 5
yea same issue also with my account, the free commanders got reset to lv 5
I am affected but have not yet posted,
Effected Hero, Raynor only, (and campaigns from olden days but that dun matter). Was prestige 2 + level 14 by now at least. If I could play co-op probably level 20 by now.
Been playing for 3 weeks only, first time playing since SC2 was released. Was heavy into SC1, i’m old lol. Wanted to get into sc2, not a good start

Same problem for me as well. All three commanders back to level 5.
I’ve also noticed the following, as described in an early post:
“the “logging in” window takes longer than usual, and then a new popup appears saying something like “the game is awaiting a response from Blizzard” and it offers me the “play offline” option. However, within like a second of that happening, I get taken to the main menu screen with all multiplayer aspects available. Except, like most other people here have mentioned, Raynor/kerrigan/artanis are all back to level 5”

What gets me is that I’ve played a few games with a Kerri and Artanis that were still high level. It sparks my debugger sense — how did they get missed by the Thanos delevel-and-cap snap?

only half champions were snapped away.
Same here, same story, Raynor and Artanis reset to 5 and capped, Kerrigan was level four for me so wasnt impacted. Everyone else is where i Left them.
Just purchased the Campaign pack yesterday. Unable to access Heart of the Swarm (New Campaign button is disabled) or Legacy of the Void (it just says Coming Soon). I can play Nova Covert Ops, however.
EDIT: If I swap to the Europe region, I am able to start new campaigns. If I swap back to NA, I am unable again. This seems to be a regional issue
same here. i had to go to the euro server to start over again but at least it lets me past lvl5.
Hello, I am affected by the issue regarding coop commanders being set to level 5. It has only impacted Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis. Their prestiges are still unlocked, but their levels are locked to 5.
