Yep, my Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis also got screwed
My artanis also got deleveled 
Some days have passed and I thought it would be back to normal, but my Artanis, Raynor and Kerrigan are still lvl 5…
I also saw the same issue. Raynor reset to level 5 from being at 15+.
Having the same problem with Artanis, Raynor, and Kerrigan being reset/stuck at level 5.
When logging in, I see a message about being offline, but it lets me log in and play/level other commanders without a problem.
Yep. I have this too. I hope they do something to fix it and we don’t have to spend days getting our first 3 to lvl 15.
I bet they can fix based on trophys.
I am also affected. The first three co-op commanders are capped at level 5.
I didn’t use prestige, And when I finished a game, It told me Raynor’s level is capped until i bought him, Despite being free

This happened to me as well, the whole game also takes a little longer to log in and offers me to play offline, yet when it loads in i appear to be online, but my progress on raynor was dropped down to 5

I’ll throw my “me too” into the pile here. Hadn’t gotten any of the coop chars up at all, but seeing the problem with accessing the Campaigns. Unsure if this tidbit helps, but made my purchase back on Jan 31st, and just haven’t fired back up into the game since then until today. Curious if it’s something where the game is checking for purchase status of the Campaign collection and getting bugged?
I noticed that all of my commanders were lv 5 when I logged in about 4 days ago. The commanders I got from a Twich promotion ages ago eventually went back to their proper levels, but Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis are still at lv5.
same problem with me, my raynor is stuck at level 5, rest seem to be OK. just played a few missions with raynors who said theirs did the same, but fixed itself. Please fix mine!
This is affecting me as well. Artanis, Raynor, and Kerrigan are all capped at level 5. Others seem to be okay.
Will any exp i gain with Artanis, Raynor, and Kerrigan carry over when this is fixed?
