Went to play coop with a friend tonight my 15 kerrigan is down to 5… really annoying
Got the same issue, Raynor capped at level 5 after I have unlocked a prestige of his, reverted to level 1, and when I was about to level him up, it capped at level 5, it said need to purchase to unlock further progression even though Raynor is a free-to-play commander. ( US server )
Tried it on the EU server and it wasn’t bugged there, but I also haven’t reached mastery there, so couldn’t try unlocking a prestige to see if it results in the same issue.
Happened to me. my Artanis was lvl 6 but now he is capped at 55000/55000 Exp. I suspect it will happen to Jim and Kerrigan but they arent above level 5.
it also said I need to buy them.
+1 for me: Raynor (in the process of Prestiguing), Kerrigan, and Artanis all reset to level 5 with 55k/55k exp capped. None of my other commanders (including the ones I’m currently leveling after Prestiguing) were affected.
yea i own Dehaka and Fenix and they are both perfectly fine
My Artanis says it is now capped at lv 5, used to be maxed. vorazun is fine, only the free commander.
tried re logging in, switching servers, uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing worked. hope this gets fixed

Experiencing the same issue on my account.
after trying out a match as art, mentioned the xp was locked.
full paid content on the account.
I have another thing to add to this.
I purchased wings of liberty when it first came out. There was no Co-op progress then but since the base game has become free to play and now the Co-op commanders I would have gotten from my purchase are not working either. It is slightly frustrating and while I can say I have gotten my moneys worth out of the game, it is still incredibly disheartening. I do hope that this is being worked on with how much is going on at Blizzard right now.
I don’t know if anyone else here purchased the wings of liberty content but I assume that is the least likely source of this bug.

Same issue here. Artanis and Kerrigan suddenly got reset to lvl 5. Tried queuing in and receiving xp, but the xp says it’s capped. Hoping to get a fix from Bliz soon, tried uninstall, scan and repair, moving SC2 on a different hard drive, etc. nothing works.

Kudos for the effort! The problems reside on the battlenet server, though, so there’s nothing we users can do.
Yes, this issue is only the free commanders . I have level 200, prestiged all 6 of the base paid commanders and everyone except the prime three (my favorite) are fine.
Same issue for me. First 3 commanders locked at level 5.
Raynor/Kerrigan/Artanis capped at 5 when I am level 100, all pretige unlocked. thought it was weird after playing a game and found my scv having the build depots… am on free account but I only play raynor anyway
Still affecting me despite all “fixes” like region swap and cache deleting. I JUST got kerrigan p3 lvl 15, then this happened. actually so lame.
Is this the same place where I can post that I cannot access main campaigns?

Hello my commander levels for my first 3, (free i think?) commanders reset to level 5 and are capped at 55K EXP, but my prestige levels are still available. Kind of weird, but no big deal I can just grind the 10 levels back. just wondering how to get my Uncapped exp back so i can actually play them back to 15.

I am experiencing the same problem, both today and yesterday.
I have raised Raynor, Kerrigan, & Artanis all to P3 quite some time ago. My ascension level is 89.
Yet now they are all capped at lv 5. Upgrades 6 - 15 are all deactivated. Mastery points in Power Sets are also unavailable.
Bought Campaign Bundle and cannot play Legacy of the Void campaign. Every other campaign works fine. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as scan and repair. nothing working.
