Has there been any news on a fix for this yet, or no? I would really like to get back to playing where I left off. Blizzard, guys, please?
I have the level 5 issue with Raynor, Kerrigan & Artanis on one of my accounts. This account has no paid content, just a few freebies collected in the past. Prior to the level 5 issue, this account would behave oddly by occasionally displaying all a the past achievements when logging in for the first time of the day.
I play on all 3 servers, and only the NA server has this problem.

Be patient, guys; this may be a 36-72hr fix…will probably require a hotfix patch, which will have to be coded and launched. I wanna play my Big 3 as well, but sometimes the colonostic matter gets dispersed via rotational wind conveyance machines. Leviathan already said they’re aware and have at least one fix team working on it.
Keep reporting, and give what info you’ve got, but stay patient; hit vs. or custom maps, or hit some higher level campaign until we get a fix! Stay strong, commanders!
Just reporting that I, and my cousin are also experiencing this problem for visibility.
Same thing, raynor, kerri, and arty dropped to level 5 @ 55,000/55,000 XP
after trying out a match as raynor it mentioned the xp was locked
which is weird because i prestiged all 3 of them to max
i play on NA server, no paid content on the account

I’m having the same problem with Kerrigan.
Also affected , Artanis and Raynor . Never levelled up Kerrigan but I strongly suspect if I was to grind up to 5 I would hit the same cap, Also receive the offer to play offline then goes online .
US North Servers
Raynor and Kerrigan are at 5. Artanis is at 1, just completed a prestige with him. Kerrigan was at level 13 and I was in the middle of working on her last prestige, now I cannot do that. All other commanders are as they were no issue. This is pretty jank.
same issue just got raynor to 15 the other night logged in today and is reset to lvl 5

Experiencing the same issues on my account as well. My Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis which all were level 15 prior to this got reset to level 5.
Victim of the reset as well. Authentication is slow and says it there is a connection issue. Can play the campaigns, but capped at level 5 with Raynor.

As stated with the others, Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis are lvl 5 locked. I also noticed that i gain no experience after finishing a coop match. Played as Mengsk, lvl 80, and after the coop the score screen didnt even appear.
I’m also having this problem. Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis are all reset and locked to level 5.
