Have you completely closed out SC2 and relogged in?
I have a similar problem, I play in NA, since last commander reset bug fixed i lost my raynor’s prestige progress. Can you give me some help?
I can’t directly. I’m just a player like you.
The only thing I can suggest is, 1) if you have more than one Battlenet account, make sure you are logging into the one that has the prestige progress, and 2) make sure you are logging into the correct region:
Wait a moment… I though my charcter level was reset, but it has a “feature” called prestige that reset your levels… and I totally forget about it cause it was like many years ago that I enabled it and resetted it myself

Experiencing the issue where all my leveled up commanders are down to level 5. It does say i Have master levels, but those are unavailable since all my commanders who were previously above level 5 are stuck at 5.
Also the purchase button is missing for commanders I have not acquired.
Also receive an error if I try to start a coop game
Same here as well, any commander that was over level 5 is at 5 and capped… Prestige still applies but what happened to the levels and mastery
I just experienced same issue, all commanders are reset to level 5. Cant queue game
add - US region, never changed
All my comanders are level 5 now, how do I submit a ticket?

Wanting to add that I’ve just gotten the bug as well (all were maxed and now all are lvl 5); Americas (US) Region.
I’ve also gotten that bug just now. I exited then reopened the game. logged off then logged back on. scanned and repaired files. Verified location/region. Every attempt failed. All commanders made level 5
Yeah, nearly all of my commanders were level capped, now all of them are level 5 (except the ones I was prestige-ing). I have cleared all caches, logged off, logged on, restarted, repaired files, changed regions, changed regions back. Just fix my sh*t man, I want to play.
I realized I also cant play any custom games… so much for having a night of sc2
My commanders are now capped at level 5 but my prestige still appears to be where it was at 97. This really is a pretty unfortunate bug because it involves undoing progress that I spent money to get.
I tried restarting the game five times, rebooting the pc twice, switching from my dedicated internet to the mobile network by tethering my phone, switching from NA to EU and back again. Nothing fixed it.
I own everyone. I was in the middle of prestiging a bunch yesterday and I logged on today to find none of my commanders above level 5 and completely unable to start a game.

**** Me, I guess. I’ll log in again in a few days to see if it’s fixed.
Spent countless hours and money leveling up all my commanders. Log in tonight to find everything locked to Level 5 and I’m unable to play. Being able to just chill and play Co-op is how I like to unwind my evenings. Please fix this obtrusive and, frankly, moronic bug and restore my account. No amount of restarting, logging in/out, or otherwise fixes the issue.
I am getting the same bug. I just logged in after not playing for almost a week and, even though it shows my mastery level at 307, it shows all of my commanders set to level 5. What just happened and when is it going to be fixed?
Yep. Mastery level is correct. Prestige levels seem to be available where they should be. But all commanders are set to level 5 and I can’t start a game. Something’s busted.
I tried setting a different region and logging out and back in, but to no avail.
