Same thing, free commanders (raynor, kerrigan, artanis) reset to lvl 5. Ukrainian region.

We’ve passed this along to the Starcraft II team to look into the co-cop commander level resets affecting the EU region. We’ll post here with any updates.

Yep, experiencing the same issue: all commanders are capped at level 5; EU server as well.
same issue for me too they reseted to level 5
I personally think it only comes when we bought a new Commander, because the game checked if the 3 start Commander bought and see they’re not because they’re free they block them to LVL. 5. (Because we didn’t buy them in specify, and we not have the “buy” license)
Same thing here, Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis all went back to level 5. Prestiges are there unlocked but can’t be used. Also Prestige progress is intact.

I have the first 3 commanders in the co-op were reset to level 5. everyone also? my main commander - Kerrigan was taken away. -_-
Yes. I have the same problem. All free commanders reseted to lvl. 5. My favorite commander was just taken away. Poor Sarah 
Same issue here, reset over night and stuck at level 5.
It seems fixed. Took 2 days. That Microsoft money kicked in late.

Hi, for my account, the issue still exists. Raynor doesn’t have prestige, and some other commanders are capped.
