Happened to me from today, Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis all reset to level 5 despite having prestige 3 for all, tried the cache reset, logout, re-login, nothing works. allt eh other commanders are fine

I too get to be apart of this annoying bug. Really stupid to not have my character levels >.<

I have the same problem with Artanis i did everything to solve and nothing happend

  • Delete cache files from battle enterteinment
  • Re log to my account
  • Scan and repair from the launcher

My commanders are capped at 5 again. I had the issue at roughly March and was fixed after posting on the forum. Now it happened again.

The worst thing about this problem is that the company in charge has not even repaired the error.

Affected by the same bug: Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis are stuck at level 5. My other commanders work just fine, plus the other 3 I bought separately: Nova, Tychus and Fenix.

I have Raynor, Kerrigan, Artanis, and Karax at 15 now itā€™s only Karax at 15ā€¦

Yeah my og commanders are lvl 5 again. Hoping for this to be fixed soon. I would like to bring some bio pain to my enemies.

It got me too. There doesnā€™t seem to be anything to do about it but comment here.

update April 12, 2024. Still not fixed; my Artanis is not back yet (nor the others). Hopefully this is fixed faster than the 2022 same problem. Youā€™d think they would have the solution down to a script by now.

I just played with a max-level Raynor who had no idea about the bug. That gave me hope, but I still donā€™t have my Artanis back.

Today on US Server, random commander gave me Raynor, and he was level 5 instead of whatever he should have been, and experience after battle showed ā€œcappedā€.
Here we go again.

I tried a game as artanis and was, indeed, still capped. I still had to make pylons, and did not have my warp-in bonuses. The really weird thing is, my orbital strikes still brought in my unbound fanatics (buff archons). Weird! Upon winning the game I did indeed see the "hero capped at level 5 until you purchase error. Itā€™s that I had my prestige unbound fanatics that was really weird to me.
