Not getting exp for matches and im pissed off. i think i need a free commander for my troubles. since i basically grinded xp worth a commander. i choose tychus. thank you for your work and support as i support blizzard with my $$$ by buying diablo 4 and such when it comes out

Havenāt seen this bug in a while. Looked on the forums to see if anyone had a solution and I found one that suggested clearing the cache but that just locked me to Lv 0 instead so I restored everything. Hopefully this gets fixed soon was wanting to knock out a few Lvs today.
Having the same problem. How long did it take for the problem to be fixed last time this bug happened?
Closed the game for a bit and it seems to be fixed for the moment. The question is will it stay fixed or just bug again after I play a round.

My commanders are back at appropriate levels. I did reinstall, but based on what Necroziz wrote, that could be unrelated.
Mine are back now after a couple hours. Exited and relogged in to be sure.
My issue was fixed after I came home from work. Probably a momentary hiccup from maintenance or something.
I have every commander leveled to 15 with multiple prestigeās, I am level 164, upon getting level 15 for p3 on stukov now all my commanders display as level 15. When playing coop the correct level displays at the load screen, I still gain xp and leveled to 165. I have logged out and back in multiple times, restarted computer and it still displays as 15 for all commanders. Is there a fix to this bug or is blizzard still working on it? Anything I can try in the meantime that worked for anyone else with this issue?
Level 15 is the maximum for commanders. Level 164+ is the global coop level.
I donāt see a buggy behavior in what you describe.
The 3 free commanders are back to being capped at level 5 again.

I could have sworn it said the current global coop level of 164 inside the orange circle above customize, it is possible that I am mistaken it took me 2 months to get all the prestiges with stukov so I havenāt looked at a maxed coop commander in some time. Just looked off to me once I finished p3. Thank you for your response it is much appreciated!

Happened to me as well, but only to Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis. Several others are maxed, and I just purchased Abathur a few days ago and heās unaffected.

Got this right after the scheduled maintenance.
Was about to finish all the prestige on Kerrigan 
When I swap servers Iām at lvl 15 though, itās weird.
This problem has hit me again, too; Artanis has been my favorite, but he, Kerrigan, and Raynor are all reset. They were at 5, then I tried the cache reset and they are at 0. This hit me last night (April 10, 2024). Oddly, leading up to the issue I would get weird messages after a victory about level being maxed at 15 or something like that; I just ignored those, though.
This happened to me a couple years ago, too. Apparently, as others here have mentioned, a recurring issue.

This has never happened to me. I login this today and I have all my commanders unlocked but Artanis, Kerrigan and Raynor are at lvl 5 and says I need buy them. Iām at a bit of a loss but I did play a match and it did not resolve the issue sadly. Ugh!
