It’s been 4 days since this global issue of not being able to join or host games started and Blizzard reps are asking us to download programs to better report the issue instead of attempting to recreate it themselves. This is unreal. I work in technical support for a tech company and if I asked this of my customers we would lose their business. Activision Blizzard makes BILLIONS of dollars. Get off the forums, login to the game, recreate the issue, and then fix it. Why is this so complicated. Spend some money on some decent developers and fix the problem!
