I have the same issue with multiple Co-Op characters.
I’m also getting this issue as well Raynor,Kerrigan,Artanis All of them Reset from Level 15 to 5.

I’m having the same issue. Tried logging out/restarting, deleting the Battlenet cache, etc. Nothing has worked. Also, I think it’s dumb that you can’t just submit a ticket about the stupid bug straight to blizzard. Why force everyone to use the forums? Blizzard, fix your games.
help me my account is also affected. artanis got reverted to level 5 and hard capped at level 5

Still not fixed for me either. Hero Hei’s new video on Youtube titled “Blizzard just got gutted” might explain why it’s taking so long. Tried to link it but but apparently I am not allowed too?

Just logged on again after trying everything suggested (flushing cache, rebooting, trying to log in on European servers, and I’ve still got the same problem. Despite it SHOWING that i have the prestige, it’s still capped at 5.
Microsoft laid off almost 2,000 people from activision / blizzard yesterday. Hope the folks who work on SC2 (and the other games) are ok

This also happened to me 4 days ago.
My 3 are still capped at level 5!
This is the second time this issue has occurred for me and this time, resetting blizzard by logging out and back in did not work.
can someone please fix the issue! omg

my guess is nothing. They are probably still reeling from layoffs.
