Hi all, I have been at this for days and I do not know what to do.
2 weeks ago I got a new computer and attempted to install sc2, however, when I tried to run it, it crashed and gave me the error 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rapired, and even booted up a 5 year old computer which has run it in the past to try and to install it. No dice, nothing works and, iv run out of ideas, please help me.

That crash code sadly was not helpful to find anything on our end. I’m curious if we can see a Dxdiag for the new system? Could you provide that please? Once you have it, just copy the contents of the text file created and paste it here between two ~~~ like so:

If you have issues pasting here, use Pastebin and post the end of the link. (ie. 123456 for pastebin.com/123456)
The new install would not have workarounds for OneDrive, and on the old computer you or an update may have restored the default settings.
Always good to check that.
