I think we can safely say it’s been 2 weeks since it’s been already opened for 12 days. Is this the end of starcraft 2? I don’t wan’t to sound rubbish but if thats the case, an announcement would have been better.
Blizzard announced that they would be going on holiday break back before Christmas. The purpose of the announcement was to let people know that support will be slower than usual until they are back to full staff on Jan 4th.
It’s not that SC2 is abandoned. It’s still an active, leading RTS, meaning it requires and thus will receive maintenance.
