Learn to scout. Cannon rushes are an iconic part of the game.
They’re also a very good learning opportunity for low skill players to understand the value of scouting.

Yeah. They can learn how many games they will lose due to scouting with “one of their first workers,” while the other guy just mines away without a care in the world.

You don’t need to send your first worker out all the way to the other base…you can just move 1 worker for a couple seconds to see the pylon…like seriously, learn to scout.
Also kind of ridiculous to say that you can even lose a game just because you sent 1 worker out early…you’ll never be that evenly matched with another player, ever…

What do you think the match ranking system is/does? Get real. Gee, wonder why pros don’t scout with their first worker. Nothing to lose, only something to gain.

That’s what I was thinking, if they queued against each other again and Playa did the same build it would have been the easiest TvP of his life.
Nah son. I’m really good at hiding buildings. Even when I lose, they get a workout. Just messing, but it’s pretty baffling how many Terrans actually float CCs and what not.

I scout for proxy reapers like I know there is a stash of bitcoins on the map. I’ma get it. Thought about calling the cops a few times after witnessing the injustice of some noobs stealing my points, though.
Proxy locations where you can’t attack the SCV. If that’s not a joke, clowns don’t have red noses and don’t blow up balloons and whatever else they do.
I play terran and i love when my oponent go c rush, it s easy to beat, popular option is send 4 workers to any cannons, but i always def it with fast bunker and maruder, and i build second cc in my main.
send 1 drone to natural and patrol canon placement to avoid it. Dumb fuq gold players

Facts: I’ve played streamers for years. I’ve done this opening, since what, 2014 until 2019? I’ve gotten top 10 GM with it… I’ve WRITTEN ABOUT IT IN A BOOK before anyone has even heard of MaxPax. I have VODS of it. It’s like… if he copied it or not, he’s not doing anything new, lol. That’s more of the point.
The idea of someone doing something different in SC 2 is cool, but let’s be real… who actually does their own builds in SC 2? It’s just a bunch of guys copying someone else. Someone doing something different in SC 2 is, umm, Ruff. And, personally, it’s like omg… these are the worst builds of all time, which is why no one does it.
It’s really hard to do your own builds that, say, have a ceiling that allows you to get top 10 GM, regardless of skill.
This kingcobra guy is using same style that I’ve done for years. Heard about him recently. But, it’s like… this guy does so much weird/interesting stuff to me/good, that it’s cool to watch. He’s actually doing innovative things that I’d never do. Maxpax is just a guy who watched a lot of streams or something. Nothing really stands out as new/interesting. It’s just a cool thought to think someone at that level is more interested in copying non meta than meta.
But I hear from terran players that faster upgrades in PvT are why protoss is broken…

I have absolutely no idea if cannon rushing is viable against Terran. I just know I have absolutely no idea how to cannon rush. I would say I feel sorry for people trying to defend against people who actually care about walling off cannons and making it hard to stop, lol, but… I guess I have enough experience to not feel bad.
I think you can just make a bunker on the high ground and that’s all that’s needed, so I think the more solid play is just trying to delay the expansion and not getting greedy.

I am EU player. I never play NA. Wouldn’t surprise me if this platinum league is for 5+ year old games. I am Master 3 EU.
