Free Commanders Reset to Level 5 on Asia Server

My Level +15 commanders Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis set to level 5 on Asia server. No issue with same commanders in other regions (NA, EU).

Logged out and logged back in did not resolve the issue.

Same here my artanis and reynor are capped at level 5
Update:
I tried to scan and recover and didnā€™t work ,saying that it is no problems

Came here to report the same bug. Guess it wasnā€™t just me.

Same issue for me. My Karriganā€™s level was limited to level 5 and cannot increase. My Karriganā€™s level was over level 5 yesterday(6/22). :confounded:

Same here. My artanis, reynor, and karrigan are all level 15. Now theyā€™re all level 5. Is there a way to fix it?

same here, my Kerrigan is P3 level 15 and Artanis P3 level 15 rolled back to level 5

Anyone have a fix on this? All my free heroes are still capped to level 5.

Same issue here since 22nd June. My Reynor was 59 levels and now become 5 levels, Asia server .
Actually I review some threads, and it happened in last year from Feb to July and in May this year. Unfortunately there was not officially resolution for the issue, while tech support only collected people who presented the issue.

Same here. Free commanders are capped at lvl5 on asia server.

Unfortunately i have this problem since last week (it is 2nd time within a couple of months). Suddenly i lost access to part of my commanders and purchase button appeared. Somehow it did not reset my levels on other 15 lvl characters but i cannot level others above 5. Please fix it.

Iā€™m on Europe and I donā€™t have this issue.
Usually, this problem hit a lot if not all players at the same time, so if it feels like youā€™re the only one, you may want to use another channel (direct contact through mail or something with customer service, or some other bug report feature in the launcher or the game if thereā€™s one) to report your issue.

im in north amarica and only raynor stayed at lvl 15 everyone else reverted back to lvl 1 and i have check back after about a week but have not seen any updates or fixes as of yet

I am waiting 2 weeks and no response from Blizzard. This is really irritating.
