Lvl co-op commanders bug

Yesterday my Artanis lvl in co-op mode was 11 or 12, now it’s 5 and can’t be increase. Looks like the Commander wasn’t bought or something.
I can share a screenshot if you want

Same for me Artanis, Kerrigan and Raynor are set to level 5

Same here, i had 15 on Kerrigan and Artanis, Raynor close to it, now everyone has 5

Same for me. Artanis ( 15 lvl 3/3 paragon), Raynor ( 15 lvl 1/3 paragon) and Kerrigan 15 lvl are set to lvl 5.

yes I have same issue how do I report a ticket to the blizzards?

Same issue, all three were level 15, 24 hours ago.

Same issue, I had them at LVL 223 and now they are LVL 5 :exploding_head:

same for me (Kerrigan and Artanis; Raynor wasn’t upgraded)

same problem for me Artanis reset to lvl 5, after finishing a game with him, their was an icon with the message, you reached the maximum level and need to acquire the champion before you can reach lvl 6.

Same. Raynor 15 and Kerrigan 10

Same problem here:
Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis were all maxed out, now capped at lvl 5 (since wednesday May 3rd 2023.
All prestiges are still available for these characters (all capped)
Only on EU server, other servers are untouched.
