Sounds like you are posting this in the wrong forums. I am quite sure that the SC2 developer team is different from the WoW developer team.

I’m not sure if I am right about this - that the Support team and the Developer team are separate from each other as well. They might talk to each other, but they won’t pick up each other’s work if it doesn’t come from the right channels.

If you have opened a ticket, you should be able to return to see that ticket on the ticket submission page (while logged in). Otherwise, then you probably did not submit a ticket.

Lastly, it really depends on the content / nature of your ticket. Know that SC2 is a decade year old game. For it to even have some form of Support is a miracle in my opinion. So if it is something that is a real bug / issue, they may take a look at it. However, if it is something that isn’t really relevant (e.g. please change the storyline), then it is a waste of people’s time to even address it.

Still need help Blizzard just checking if you make an exception in the WoW technical support. Need to see if I get some cash or minutes cause surely its a long list of months without playing  If you cannot Blizzard then thx

Hey BrightManExE,

Leaving the game running is the same as closing it. The time purchased to play the game runs whether it’s played or not.

I see so that means no  I guess i really did screw up…
If i could get more of a chance

Or is there no need to write a support ticket? That means you done your fair share of checking? Because if it is, Ty and ill put that its been solved Ty Leviathan.

You didn’t do anything wrong. Even if the the game is closed, play time continues to run.

That says it you wont get nothing back in WoW once you miss it for a few months than you miss it…

Correct.

You purchase play time and the timer runs whether you use it or not. One way reduce lost time is to purchase smaller quantities, such as one month at a time.

Um, Miss or Mister Leviathan whats career did you choose cause I want to work with Blizzard at one point as you do… its just I don’t know where you read that info at? If you can give some info I’m a bit of a E student at the break from COVID 19. I just want to work with Blizzard one day.

Yea I have another Question About name BrightManExE

You see i got banned for getting into a fight and i was wondering if blizzard uplifted the ban all the way through if not ill just get a new name for my Battletag…

If you look in your account overview under under “Subscriptions & game time”, you can see the date that your play time expires. That means that no matter how much you play or how long the game is open, the time is up on that date.

You’d have to Customer Support about that. You can do that by submitting a support ticket.

Sadly the tickets dont work… and i was wondering if the name clean. No im not playing in the China Region.

What ticket category did you try?

Also, are you playing in the China region?

No im not playing in the China Region and There no ticket cause i get no Blizzard paper or did they fix it?

I’m not sure what you mean by that.

What happens when you click on the “support ticket” link I gave above? I went through the steps and I was able to submit a ticket with no trouble.

Nothing really happens nothing comes out and there are warnings of COVID 19.

Now i see the ticket ty.
