Yeah it’s painful watching the “micro god” parting lose stalkers left and right (which he could’ve saved) as he does the same blink allin he’s done a trillion times. There’s a reason Alphastar was best with Protoss and that reason is that Protoss has the easiest micro in the game. Even a robot can do it (literally).

This shows you really have no business being in gm and you’re carried by the ez-pz stim-a-move race. Alphastar was winning so much with protoss because of the way he can perfectly time disruptor shots. If he gets to disruptor tech it’s pretty much gg for any ground army. That level of disruptor micro and placement while microing army is not doable by humans though.

Protosses know Terrans like to go for a committed attack 5-7 minutes in the game. That’s why they’ve learned to do these backstabs. That’s not imbalance in particular, that’s just outsmarting your opponent.
Imagine if a Protoss applied to same whiny logic. Let’s say Protoss goes for a committed attack at the 5-7 minute mark. Then a widow mine drop flies in. Is your response
a) Pull all your probes and go for an allin
b) Keep some units at home to defend
c) Don’t be stupid and focus on macro
If you chose a, you’re a Terran. If you choose b, your allin is weakened and there’s no guarantee you will get any damage done. If you chose c, that is a fair choice.
This is why committed attacks aren’t always a good thing. That’s why we have warp prism harass. That’s why we have widow mine drops. Use your brain. I’m not even halfway through your post and I can see how stupid you sound.
Refer to above. I’m going to add that Terrans have a peak strength in the early/mid game on 2 bases. A worker pull adds significantly to that strength, because SCVs are actually an extremely good buffer if Protoss has little or no splash damage. And this is the reason why Terrans go completely allin - to take advantage of that fact.
Let me add a suggestion. Why don’t Terrans try to macro and defend like Protosses do? It’s simple: they don’t want to. They don’t want to position units against blink/warp prism harass. They don’t want to build bunkers like Protosses build shield batteries. Sigh…
Let me tell you right now, if warp prisms weren’t like pylons, but more like medivacs, I guarantee you the meta will shift so much. And not in favor of Terrans.
