I tried to follow the instructions in article 183385 and logged out and back in again, but it did not work. The first three commanders have been reset to level 5, even though they still show some prestige.

Thereās nothing wrong with your computer, the problemās on Blizzards end. This is the third time this has happened and always after server maintenance. It took 4 days for them to āfixā it last time and they canāt do it correctly it seems.
More than that.
Taking all the times this has happened into account, it doesnāt coincide with maintenance. It doesnāt mean it canāt, itās just that most have happened spontaneously without a maintenance.
Each time helps the engineers get a little closer to the root cause.
When SC2 ended developmemt, the memebers of Team 1 either left Bliz or were tansfered to other franchises. Thus, thereās not a group of SC2 know-it-alls available on demand like there used to be. Less familiar personnel must be pulled from other areas, and they have to learn much of it as they go.

Iāve got this level 5 reset now and none of the āfixesā offered have worked. all that were up or over level 5 reset to 5.
me too,just yesterday.
Same here. My paid heroes are just fine. But my first three are reset to level 5. My kids are losing their minds.

But I recall seeing something about deleting an *.ini file somewhere and that apparently fixed it for that user. I was wondering if any body knew where to find it? Maybe I could try it and report back?

Several others have posted about this issue in the past, but there doesnāt seem to be any guidance on a work around or a timeline to resolve. At a minimum, that information would be helpful.
I am having the same issue. tried logging out, changing regions, and a different computer. No luck with what the help said to try
