I am being told I need to purchase Nova even though I have the Nova Covert Ops bundle. I have had this bug for years.

I just went through hoops with Customer Support where they ultimately said they could do nothing and that it was an “edge case.”

EDIT: It seems Customer Support was incorrect and the commander did not come in the bundle? I thought I remember it did for a limited time but I can’t find any evidence of that. I’ll reach back out to customer support.

Ugh… looking at covert ops in the store, where does it say you get the nova coop commander with it?

I thought it did originally back when I bought it. But I am not seeing that anywhere now. I don’t know why Customer Support didn’t just say that to me. I gotta take a shower, got some egg on my face.
