Cannot access SC2. I receive an error with no code?

I’m not sure how to post a photo but for the last few months I’ve been trying to log in and all I see is “an error occurred”. There is no error code.

I will add, the game loads but once i reach the login screen i get a popup saying “error occurred”. All of the region selection boxes are also blanked out

not sure. but a question that might help someone figure it out is: is that just the game doing that, or is bnet app not working either?

Hi and thank you! The bnet app signs in fine. I can play other games fine but for some reason starcraft 2 gives me this issue

dont know if it will help, but have you tried deleting the cache?

Hey, Brave! It sounds pretty similar to this issue, just a different error. Could you try the suggestions on this post?

If it seems to continue, could you provide us with a screenshot of what’s happening? Use an image sharing website like imgur and paste the URL between two ` (~ key) like so:
