same issue for me too. it resolved itself previously but its back and its frustrating.
same boat on the freebie characters, me and my son have all of them combined but I prefer Kerri the power house. Thanks for sharing your experience this is less then fun.
Fixed 17.07.2024 for me. Fixed by itself or with Bliz aid?
The bug is caused by a periodic server error that requires a reset to resolve. So it is something that needs to be handled on Bliz’s end.
