Its almost as if 100% Anti heal should not exist … and it should be something like a “poisoned” effect, where you lose 20% of your HP on top and that can’t be healed for the duration:
- Ana’s duration would be 3 sec
- JQ duration would be 6 sec
Done. Balanced.
You can even lower Ana’s CD back to 10.
