Ana Grenade Nerf to 3sec duration - Is it Enough?

Ana doesn’t need a nerf, Anti needs to be reworked. Its that simple. Its an ultimate-like ability on CD.

Its almost as if 100% Anti heal should not exist … and it should be something like a “poisoned” effect, where you lose 20% of your HP on top and that can’t be healed for the duration: Ana’s duration would be 3 sec JQ duration would be 6 sec Done. Balanced. You can even lower Ana’s CD back to 10.
