I would say 80% of the Ana hate is Anti-Heal Hate really. Nobody cares about the healing boost to allies, or the CD or the bonus damage it does.

Its almost as if 100% Anti heal should not exist … and it should be something like a “poisoned” effect, where you lose 20% of your HP on top and that can’t be healed for the duration: Ana’s duration would be 3 sec JQ duration would be 6 sec Done. Balanced. You can even lower Ana’s CD back to 10.
