Hanzo, Widow, Doom, Baptist are all fine and people who want them nerfed are not using rational but instead letting their feelings guide their actions.
Baptiste does on average about 5500 in a game, which is less than Mei, Sombra, and Moira.

Ok, um I’ve basically never seen anyone below GM be able to kill flankers or supports with Baptiste’s gun because his gun is that difficult to use. And even that rarely happens because IT’S VERY HARD TO DO.

Ok, uh Baptiste spends most of his time healing, so he doesn’t have time to do much damage. Even if his damage was buffed by 30% right now, it wouldn’t change his playst…
I dont think Baptiste is OP and i dont find him annoying, but i dont understand why people are asking for him to get nerfed. I also believe that he’s not a problem. After his recent buff, he feels much more better to play as, and his gun feels better too. I dont see why he needs to be nerfed.

Heroes like mercy/Moira become “too strong” and are nerfed for “low skill, high reward” (usually just lack of aim).

seeing all the baptiste threads made me finally realise that the hatred for heroes like moira wasn’t because they were “low skill” or “no aim
no brain” heroes. it’s because they’re supports who don’t die when looked at by a dps. it was never about the skill, it was the fact that it was a support who could do something about a flanker and not just drop dead.

It didn’t take long at all for the hot chocolate boi to get witch hunted. Who wants to bet how long it takes for him to get power nerfed like the other supports?
This is just from a quick search. All these people claiming Baptiste is being witchhunted. Now I challenge someone to show me how many topics are literally asking for him to be nerfed. Not topics simply discussing Baptiste compared to Soldier or showing the video with Baptiste breaking barriers.
