🕊 How about 80hps on Mercy

  1. How about no Mercy? is balanced?

Another idea: you can channel your passive healing to an ally.

I don’t like the last 5 sec mechanic, it’s not something one should have to keep track of, and not knowing what your heals will actually do when you apply it is bad.

It’s more meant as a “get rid of boring heals” not “try to use this in a teamflight”.

i do not agree that it is always important

Personally i think mercy is fine.

How about not.

That’s a horrible idea and this thread should be removed.

I support the cause that this is trying to fix, but poke and Sombras make it unpredictable even outside teamfights, especially under ladder conditions, where clean teamfights basically never happen.

Yes. Always important. Very.

Its more like a one shot protection versus burst dmg but itd be useless against constant damage, would make mercy beam pretty unique

Tf2 medic has an ability that let him heal more the longer hes attached and the target doesnt get injured.

Issue with your particular version is that it would only reliably ever activate between fights or during poke phase. Neither of which really matters and Mercy is already fine at.

So a poor man’s lamp.

Just let them die and rez them back to full hp in 2 seconds

More like a middle class quality of life improvement

How about you stay in your lane and leave Mercy alone, thanks?

What’s my lane again?

Medic gun in TF2 worked like that.

Howevetr, this mechanic would be OP combined with a secondary AOE healer like Lucio, Baptiste or Briggite, because Mercy could keep her team fullt healed with a bit of suplementary healing

I once suggested her to be able to do increased heals if she has her beam on the hero and aims at them, so you get that little extra oomf.

I mean… sure. This would help Mercy out a bit.

However it really doesn’t address any of Mercy’s design problems.

To an extent, the main design problem with Mercy is that her playstyle is kinda boring.

This just removes a chunk of the boring stuff.
