I can’t rotate the hero models in the hero gallery or when I get them from a lootbox
You’re not alone. This has been an ongoing issue since the Ashe patch (1.30.0.1), and there are multiple posts complaining this. Here is my original post. I was hoping it would get fixed with the latest Winter Wonderland patch, but nothing.
Some people/accounts are affected while some are not. Based on what I hear, it seems the number of people who are affected has increased or is increasing.
The reason that works is unclear, though. I did some digging, and found setting any of the four movement commands, forward, left, right, or back, to the Left Mouse Button disabled Hero Rotation in the gallery. Manually setting the directional control back to its previous setting DID NOT fix the rotation problem, but resetting controls to default did.
