Can't Rotate Gallery Models

I can’t rotate the hero models in the hero gallery or when I get them from a lootbox

Hero Gallery... cannot rotate models

After Ashe’s patch the 3D models in the hero gallery cannot be rotated manually.

I can't rotate every hero in Gallery

When i go on gallery and i try to rotate the selected hero, nothing happens. I tried to reinstall overwatch but nothing changed. What should i do to resolve? Thnx for help

Hero Gallery, Heroes won't rotate

Heroes won’t rotate in Hero Gallery on one of my accounts. Tried reinstall and repair but no change. Didn’t expect a change since the heroes will rotate on my alternate accounts on the same game install on the same pc. Any idea what would cause this?
