Is this a bug cuz all of my ow1 cosmetics and stats got removed off my xbox account. I have to unlock most of the heros and modes too. It thinks im a new player. The beta worked fine and i had everything. i have no idea whats going on at blizzard rn but i hope this gets resolved cuz i have no motivation to play when i lost 5 years of work.

Man me too, everything is gone. I think what happend to me is that after the long queue time and then having to do the sms thing. I go back and press back multiple times and i guess i canceled out on logging in to my battlenet account and now im being treated as a new player. Went to the ps4 version hoping i could link or merge my account again, but nope still no skins or anything. This hurts hopefully i get all my things back or else im just not playing suck i was hyped for the game. Im trying fo figure out how to get in contact with avtual support.

Yeah all my stuff is missing. Took me straight to the tutorial too. Same battletag and everything. Ps5 console.

Dam man hopefully our stuff can be recovered, and its not just gone. Im blamming this dumb phone number implementation and trying to have us just have one account. Hopefully they just dont delete all the progress from an old account if a "new"account rewrites it.

Same on PS4. I downloaded it without the disc first then saw it was all gone so I thought using the disc would help recover and nope it did nothing. Really need it fixed or I don’t think I’ll play.

Having the same prolem as you guys i linked my account to battle net but now in OW2 its just all gone. I had some random account by blizzard but i switched it to another account could that be the problem?

its not only the skins, its also teh banners the characters and just all the gamemodes are also all gone and some i just have to play for but i have no motivation.

I have the exact same problem. I’ve lost every skin which is about $10,000 according to blizzard. I don’t want to play 100 hours to get characters I already know how to play as well.

It’s already known bug and being worked on. Rest assured your stuff wasn’t “deleted”, the server is just bugged and doesn’t know you own the stuff so isn’t displaying it as owned

I saw something on Reddit that I was not aware of but according to someone we were supposed to merge our accounts before OW1 shut down in order to keep our stuff. I hope that’s BS because that’s not fair to returning players that didn’t know there had to be an extra step.
