all my hype for the game died once i saw all my skins and progress from overwatch were gone im not playing till i get all my progress back, such a bad launch

Thatās not the same thing. There are people saying some of their cosmetics are missing. Those people donāt have a wiped account, theyāre just missing certain things. What you quote clearly relates to those people, not to people with entirely wiped accounts. This is not a situation that could be properly described as āSome cosmetics, items, and currency that players owned are not showing up in their collection,ā nor does it involve an error saying āUnexpected Server Error.ā As far as I can tell, Blizzard is, in fact, saying absolutely nothing about this issue, despite many people (myself included) having the issue.

All my stuff is gone now. Thought it was just my cosmetics/coin and stats cause i had all the characters besides the new ones but then i got kicked and now i have to unlock all of them and it took away my contender skins

My whole account is wiped as well, itās stating Iām a new player and I have no progression. 150 quick play games to unlock echoā¦ā¦.

This is so confusing man. Iām on ps5 and I didnāt know I had to merge accounts, but when logging in all cosmetics are gone, and characters are locked, but my ps account is linked, Iām on the same account as OW1 cause I still have all my friends from OW1 I have the contender skins and all the overwatch origins skins that you get. But thatās it. Iāve seen both that we can or canāt merge now and Iām just confused. I hope this is all resolved and I get my stuff back

Same here, my account is wiped however my icon on here along with my career stats are still on the websites, and it was there before they closed the ow1 servers too, odd

do you remember where? Iām worried that I lost 5 years worth of stuff. Itās strange that Iām seeing skins like the Medic skin but almost nothing else.

I have also lost everything i had all my levels all my golden guns all my skins its insane the amount of hours and comp played just to get everything wiped on ow2 they need to fix this asap i cant even play new comp season as it says im bot even high enough level but my account was fine in the beta i even bought the watchpoint pack and havent got that either so idk whats going on right now but im fuming honestly
