Unplayable lag spikes

Hi

i cannot play the game since friday, massive lag spikes every couple of seconds, any fix incoming?

run WinMTR while you are in game experiencing these lag spikes. then paste the results. the results will tell where the lag is coming from if it is network related.

it looks like they were having a lot of routing issues for Canada and South America but they say it has been resolved. https://twitter.com/BlizzardCS

i see you already posted elsewhere with the others that are having problems. which is good.

still having issues

tried:

update drivers
repair game
reinstall game
drop settings to minimum

every other game is okay

on the stats - no fps or ms drops, while stuttering

140+fps
25-60ms

I7 8700k
1080ti
16gb ram

check your WinMTR again. if it still looks like this :arrow_double_up: …
then your problem is with your equipment and/or network provider. you might try talking with your network provider.

blizzard suggests doing some troubleshooting first with these steps to see if it helps.
