The game has stopped working properly. It is impossible to enter the rating mode, ARAM and other modes in the game. Coins, shards and crystals are not shown. Heroes in the profile are also not visible. If I got banned, can I find out the reason?
Same problem. Asian and US server connecting well, but EU can’t play. Chat works, lfg works, but can’t play anyway. Trying to change account on my pc - works. Trying to login my account at another pc - don’t works. So, problem actually in my account, not in pc or internet, or game…

I’m having the same issue. i can open the game but only the “profile” work, like history and all but i cannot even chose the heroes that i wanna play
“I cannot select any Hero, so I cannot play any gamemode” there’s the other one with a lot of italian people having the same issue

The list of characters is empty, impossible to start a game or select heroes
I’ve tried on 2 differents PC, it’s the same result.

The problem is solved, I don’t know what the developers broke, but the game finally works
