Marwyn had known Arthas all his life and saw him not just the ages he was prince. but as a true friend, As Arthas sailed to Northern he follows him without hesitation. Though his friend would later plunge a cursed rune blade through his heart. Marwyn still felt it break upon seen what the prince had become.

Mervyn has 2 Scourge’s blades as his weapons. His basic attack against the same target Increase his attack speed by 15% for 3 seconds, stack up 5 times to 75%. Also each basic attack on the same target increase Mervyn’ s basic attack damage by 5% for 3 seconds, stack up 5 times to 25%.

D2) The Rune Tap
Replace of mana, Mervyn use Rune to casting his abilities, each ability consumes some Runes. Each Rune will be refreshed within 5 seconds cool down. Point it that basic abilities necessary don’t cost cool down).

Q) Icy Touch
Mervyn Hurl a burst of ice on the target enemy (range= 8), deal 134 damage. Hitting an enemy hero with Icy Touch grant Mervyn 25% movement speed for 3 seconds (2 Rune cost).

W) Frost Strike
Instantly strike the target, dealing 151 damage and slow target movement speed by 25% for 2 seconds. Casting Frost Strike also cause Mervyn’ s next 3 basic attacks to dealing 10% more damage (2 Rune cost).

E) Chain of Frost
Mervyn create a chain of frost on nearby target location (Range=3), dealing 201 damage and root them for 1.25 seconds (2 Rune cost plus 3 seconds cool down).

R1) Breath of Sindragosa

Mervyn Call Ghost of Sindragosa to Breath on an area for 2 seconds (radius=3.5), deal 12 damage every 0.25 seconds for the duration. Damage is increased by 50% every 0.25 seconds (50 seconds cool down).

R2) Rune Weapons

Active it to Instantly create 2 Runes (18 seconds cool down).
Passive: Reduce cool down of The Rune refreshing by 1 second).

Level 1 Talent (Tier 1)

[Hood of Death Knight] (Passive). Mervyn is permanently prevented of any blind effects.

[Strike’ s Dice] (W). Increase number of Frost Strike bonus damage from 3 to 5 and its bonus damage by additional 5%.

[Curse of Ice] (E). Chain of Ice also silence enemy heroes for 1.25 seconds, cause to unable them to casting ability for the duration.

Level 4 Talent (Tier 2)

[Escape from Arthas] (Q). Increase Icy Touch movement speed bonus by additional 10%.

[Parry] (D). Each time a Rune is refreshed grant Mervyn 40 physical armor for 2 seconds.

[Unholy Slow] (W, E). Frost Strike also slow enemy’ s movement speed by 25% for 2 seconds. After end of Chain of Ice duration, the target’ movement speed is reduced by 30% for 2 seconds.

Level 7 Talent (Tier 3)

[The Third War Victory] (Passive). Mervyn’ s basic attack deals additional 1.5% of the target maximum health against the Non-Heroic targets.

[Rune Tap] (D). Consuming a Rune Tap heal Mervyn for 6% of his maximum health.

[Unholy Power] (D). Losing all of Runes grant Mervyn 612 shield points for 5 seconds (15 seconds cool down).

Level 13 Talent (Tier 4)

[Strike of Frost] (Q, W). Icy Touch and Frost Strike deal 100% bonus damage on the target who is below 30% of maximum health. Passive: Increase Chain of Ice duration by 0.25 seconds.

[Cool Rune] (D). While Mervyn is on 5rd stack of Scourge’ s Twin Blade, his Rune Taps recharge 50% faster.

[Frost Aura] (Passive). Deal 50% of basic attack damage on nearby enemies (frost effect), damage is increased by 50% against disabled targets.

Level 16 Talent (Tier 5)

[Gift of The Lich King] (Passive). Dealing damage against enemy heroes Increase Mervyn’ s all damage dealt by 1.25% for 3 seconds, stack up to 25%.

[Icy Bolt] (Q). Icy Touch deal bonus damage equal to 5% of the target maximum health.

[Mind Freeze] (D). Increase Scourge’ s Twin Blade attack speed and attack damage bonus by additional 5% for each stack.

Level 20 Talent (Tier 6)

[Frozen Coils] (R). Increase Breath of Sindragosa duration by 0.75 seconds, Mervyn is healed for 100% of the damage dealt with this ability.

[Rune Blades] (R). Increase maximum numbers of Rune Tap by additional 1, also reduce cool down of Rune Weapon by 5 seconds.

Champion of the Scourge Falric was among the first death knight created by Arthas after clamming Frost-mourn. Falric loyally followed his prince to a doomed campaign in Northern only to be rewarded with betrayal by the prince that faithfully he all his life.

Falric become semi-ghost for 5 seconds. Gain 25 armor but he become unable to dealing basic attack and casting Q but he can cast his W and E. Also burns enemy heroes’ s (souls) within 8 range by 5% of their maximum health per seconds for the duration (40 seconds cool down).

Q) Quivering Strike
Falric performs a short combat tactic. He instantly deals his next basic attack damage on the nearby enemies with a rotating effect, deal 35% bonus damage and then slam his shield on the enemies in a small area, deal 215 damage and reduce their damage dealt and movement speed by 25% for 3 seconds (10 seconds cool down and 80 mana cost).

W) Unholy Shell
Falric summons cursed and unholy shell energies around himself for 3 seconds, the shells cause Falric to healed for 30% of the damage taken during this time. Also the shell slow enemy’s both movement speed and attack speed by 25% if the enemy being close to Falric (9 seconds cool down and 60 mana cost).

E) Frozen Flame
For each enemy hero that is within a maximum 8-yard distance of Falric. He burns an area within a radius of 3 yards around target with cold fire for 3 seconds, dealing 32 damage every 0.25 seconds. Frozen Flame also slow enemy’ s movement speed by 20% each time the target stands on it (10 seconds cool down and 80 mana cost).

R1) Unleashing the Shades
Falric summon 2 shades of Spectral Footman for 15 seconds. Each footman has 2050 health and 125 attack damage, they protect Falric to not taking damage for the duration. The shades act like a wall, absorb the ranged damage such as attack or ability from enemy and get the damage replace of Falric until the shades death (70 seconds cool down and 80 mana cost).

R2) Hopelessness
Falric call down some invisible ghosts that create howling voice forward in a 5 yard range, cause enemy heroes to become hopelessness, reduce their damage dealt and healing received by 50% for 5 seconds (60 seconds cool down and 80 mana cost).

R3) Boil of Bloods
Falric Corrupt enemy heroes who are in 3 yard distance cause to boil their blood, force them to attack Falric for 2 seconds (30 seconds cool down and 70 mana cost).

[Shield Slam] (Q). The final perform of the Quivering Strike stun nearby enemies for 1.25 seconds.

[Shell] (W). Increase duration of unholy shell by 1 second, after end of Unholy Shell, Falric is healed for 8% of his maximum health.

[Annoying Soul] (E, D). Frozen Flame and Defiling Horrors deal an additional damage per second equal to 1% of the enemy maximum health.

Level 4 Talents (Tier 2)

[Cleaving perform] (Q). After end of Quivering Strikes performs, Falric next 3 basic attacks deal cleave damage and heal him for 75% of the amount against heroes.

[Champion of The Scourge] (Passive). Falric empower his nearby minions and camps, increase their armor and damage dealt by 25%.

[Rend] (E). Falric basic attack damage against the heroes who are in Frozen Flame cause to bleed them (only once time), deal 50 damage for 3 seconds.

Level 7 Talents (Tier 3)

[Block] (Passive). Every 5 seconds, gain 75 physical armor against the next heroic source of basic attack, stack up to 4.

[Unholy Power] (W). Unholy Shell grant Falric 20% movement speed and also increase his damage dealt by 10% for the duration.

[Curse of Weakness] (W). Increase attack speed and movement speed reduction of Unholy shell by additional 15%.

Level 13 Talents (Tier 4)

[Captain’ s Strategy] (Q). Basic attack against enemy heroes reduce cool down of Quivering Strike by 1 second.

Passive: reduce cool down of Quivering Strike by additional 2 seconds.

[Heavy Burst] (E). Increase Frozen Flame duration by 3 seconds. During the Frozen Flame. Every 3 seconds a strong burst of blue flame erupts from the ground, dealing 140 damage.

[The Third War Victory] (Passive). Each time an enemy’ s minions is killed near Falric, his heroic ability cool down recharges by additional 0.5 seconds.

Level 16 Talents (Tier 5)

[Anti Magic Shell] (W). Increase healing amount of Unholy Shell by additional 20% of damage taken.

[Gathering the Souls] (D). Defiling Horrors now heal Falric for 100% of the damage dealt on enemy heroes.

[Ghost Realm] (D). Increase bonus armor during Defiling Horrors by additional 15%, Falric’ s Q is no longer failed during Defiling Horrors.

Level 20 Talents (Tier 6)

[The Trust] (R). Spectral Footmen gain 50 armor during Unleashing the Shades.

[The Lich King’ s Order] (R). Quivering Strike, no longer reduce enemy’ s damage dealt, instead the damage and healing reduction of Hopelessness against enemy heroes is reduced by additional 25% for the duration.

[suffocation] (R). Boil of Bloods also silence enemy heroes for the duration.

I think it would be cool if rune weapon made 2 floating sword summons and they would attack when you do and use frost strike when you do.

Thanks, I get the Idea from varian twin blade of fury as my favor to this character. And in general I had decide to make a damager frost dk for game.
