Was coming here to say the same thing. I played like 2 games this morning. Logged off, and now I can’t get back in. I try and log in and the game crashes.

I got a Macbook Pro too and the game always crashes nowadays. Super frustrating! Can’t play or open it anymore. it says: ‘’ An unexpected fatal error occurred’’

I’m having the same issues. Can’t play the game at all and my iMac meets all the system requirements, etc. Heroes is so glitchy with iMac.
Every time I hit play, I get the “An unexpected fatal error has occurred” crash report.

I was able to play again after disabling “use Hardware Acceleration from Browser”. Now it doesnt work with or without acceleration
how long will it take to fix?? same issue cant get past authentication screen sense yesterdat.
