Connecting to Streaming Server

Just to a check up here, we haven’t forgotten about this issue, we are still tracking the issue and the thread. We appreciate your reports so far and posting what’s resolved the issue for you.

There have been reports of reinstalling Internet Explorer, disabling IPv6, disabling the streaming, clearing the cache and tools folder that has helped a few. Some of these steps will require external resources, if you’d like to try with discretion.

The issue here is likely a mixture of connection or network related concerns, but as well as a system security or firewall related cause. It can help some to try on a New Admin account as this should reset quite a few things that could cause issues on the current Windows Profile.

If this issue is happening at specific times or the following helps work around the issue: let connecting message sit for 20+ minutes, changing region and changing back, canceling the connecting message, we’re continuing to investigate the issue.

Please try the steps above and let us know if any steps resolve the issue. If you are able to try a different connection or VPN, does this workaround the connecting to streaming server error? If it persists, please include a WinMTR test.
