Can't Purchase Gems

I’m having a similar issue. I don’t know why I didn’t get replies nor anything. Also, same problem in StarCraft 2 (Can’t purchase anything)

Unable to purchase anything (gems) ingame

I have had this problem in StarCraft 2 as well: And it’s somewhat still there, at least in Linux if I don’t update WINE. However for Heroes Of The Storm, the problem is not just on Linux, but on Windows as well! all I get is a blue modal dialog with a spinner that keeps me waiting and never shows anything at all!
