Can't buy gems, just shows an empty box

Having the same problem too! Not just here in HOTS but in StarCraft 2 as well!

Can't Purchase Gems

This is still a thing and haven’t been fixed yet. I can select amount of gems i wanna get but after that i just get the blue screen. I’m legit willing to throw my money at you but all i get is a ‘‘nope’’.
