Still the same problem. Unluckily I deleted the Heroes of the Storm folder so I can’t use the workaround with the HeroesSwitcher_x64.exe :confused:
Guess I have to wait for the fix.

same here,my PLAY button turned into INSTALL.
doesn’t locate the game,doesn’t even install

This is what worked for me:

  1. Close the Blizzard Launcher.
  2. Start the game with HeroesSwitcher_x64.exe
  3. Start the Blizzard Launcher.
  4. Now the launcher will say “Playing Now”
  5. Close the Launcher.
  6. Close the game.
  7. Start the launcher.

And the launcher finally said “Play”.

For anyone continuing to experience the issue, please try restarting the system, and clearing the Battle.net Cache and Tools folders.

If restarting and clearing the files does not resolve the issue, please start a new thread. Closing this thread, as this should be resolved.
