Battlenet app needs reinstall (again)

I wanted to play Heroes yesterday, but an error message popped up when I tried to open the Battlenet app. I followed the steps here:

reinstalled the app and it worked.

Trying to open the app again today, I get the following error message

“A required DLL could not be found. Please download and reinstall Battle.net”.

I don’t want to reinstall the app every time I feel like playing a game… any solution to fix this permanently? I don’t mind reinstalling the app once more, but this better be the last time…

Yes, I restarted pc and updated everything; still I had to reinstall battlenet app.

Hopefully I won’t need to do it again tomorrow. Thank you for your time.
