a couple of industries use ‘perfect’ as way to indicate it means a desirable average. One example being Natasha Wanger, the jeans model, as it could be said she has the “perfect butt” but the implication of those words mean one thing for designers than it would for consumers in much the same way “perfect” would mean one thing for game devs than it would for players.

Perfect can mean without flaws, but it can also indicate the total combination of desired qualities. In the case of Natasha (that I mentioned above) her features are a middling point, or an average, of traits that help designers create jeans for a broad range of sizes, so the use of “perfect” isn’t the same as what would typically be found when people search for that quality in other persons transition from back to leg.

In that regard, the qualities assessed for Valeera in that statement may fall into similar intent.

Because any number buff is pointless and wont fix her design/talent issues. She needs a rework. But when is the rework? Who knows.

Valeera became really awful to play after stealth rework, even when she had that OP Garrote build. I just despise her current design and how she functions with stealth.

How are you changing into a better person when you continue to make the same thread about Valeera and arguing with every poster that disagrees with you. How is this any different 5 months ago? 8 months ago? 1 year ago?

You keep making the same posts and everyone has 100000% justification of taking a hostile towards you because you just don’t stop and admit you’re wrong.

Cold Blood was overpowered. I got a 30+ kill streak the first month she came out with zero skill. I wish I still had the screen shot of it. I was deleting full health squishes with no counter player. Even killing some mid-health ranged assassins with full health.

But yeah, she was never overpowered. /sarcasm.

Coldblood was just extremely stupidly OP. I kept getting deleted from 100% to 0% during the stun from cheap shot.

The fact that it was removed entirely instead of nerfed shows how overpowered it was…

And once again Hailfail has done the typical; make outrageous statements that are just not true.

It’s his bread and butter.

You know I came here expecting a healthy valeera discussion after seeing it reach 80+ messages, only to find 20 minutes of mutual flaming. I see plenty of duplicate threads pop up each week not from Hailfall. Maybe cut him a break? Surely repeating the same posts over and over again isn’t going to get any of you anywhere. I get y’all are tired of Valeera threads, but this is a bit silly.

Valeera was a mediocre hero at best. It wasn’t OP. That’s just a skill issue.

it was deleted because blizzard prioritizes the QM ‘anti fun’ crowd over real players.

Dude once she hit level 20 the game became an instant 4v5 entirety of the game afterwords

And the cooldown was up almost every objective.

You clearly didnt play valeera when she had cold blood. Because you could instantly kill someone at full life without them having a chance to react as putting up a shield barrier or a defensive talent designed to counter

Which is a good portion of the hero roaster.

Then your math is terrible because I got 100-0 during cheap shot stun dozens of times as Chromie back when Valeera was released.

And how are you supposed to prevent a hero from ever ever ever getting close? She’ll get close in one way or another, and then you’re dead. She comes from behind midfight? You’re dead. In mid fight, she gets close to you, vanish right next to you? You’re dead.

Heck, she can just ride up to you, then run to you when dismounted, use sinister strikes for distance closing, then when close enough, vanish and then you’re dead.

Your ignorance is disappointing.
