Account Problem - unavailable all modes. can't start game

heroes and other things are not displayed in the collection. The “READY” button is inactive.

on another account everything is ok.

in a region other than EU everything is also ok.

on another computer - in this account - the same problem.

Same Issue from me, Tried repair/reinstall/reset internet/vpn/reset pc. none works
Its like the game can’t load your coins/heroes/account stuff and thus doesn’t let you play.

Same problem here, EU servers.
My description in the support ticked I issued:

Game bug in Heroes of the Storm: my in-game account is void of all information except for the portrait and player level, there is no gold nor crystals being displayed, the shop is unavailable, there are no heroes at all being displayed (I own them all but the hero portraits are all gone in the Quick Match mode selection window for instance), and the “launch game” button does not work anymore (in all game modes). Weirdly enough, the Ranked game mode says “You do not meet the required criteria to play ranked. This might be due to a temporary unavailability of the store”. In short, the game is totally unplayable and bugged. See screen copies from Quick Match window attached. I have also erased the cache folder of the game, and also uninstalled and reinstalled the game : both did not solve the problem.

I got an answer from a game master, urging me to report this problem here for developpers to solve it.
Of course, the attached screen copies cannot be included here in this section.

Same issue, I’ve reported this bug to tech support, but didn’t get a proper reply. (reply was: try to reinstall the game, turn off and on your computer and so on)

Same problem with me. It doesn’t help to change connection, repair the game, reset pc, reset the game, run as admin, make a custom game is unavailable, doesn’t help to switch regions.

Same problem for me, im on Europe and i can login to America just fine

Same issue here. The other regions work just fine, its only EU that has issues it seems

Same for me. Tested with another account - works as a charm. My account from different PC, different network, VPN, different country - not working.
This is going on for 3 days. I tried opening a ticket and the only thing I can say for sure is all those support people failed reading and comprehension for the entry level.

Same problem. Please fix it as soon as possible. This is a bug related to the account. Rainstalling is not working at all.
